Thank you for choosing Grace Belgravia. In order to ensure that your appointment runs as smoothly as possible please read the following information prior to your arrival.

Arrival for Members

We kindly ask Members visiting Grace Belgravia Spa or Gym to register at Club Reception (15 minutes prior to your appointment for Spa treatments). On arrival to Grace Belgravia you will be welcomed by our dedicated Receptionists and checked in for your appointment.

Arrival for Non-Members

We kindly ask Non – Members visiting Grace Medical and Wellbeing Clinic to register at Medical Reception. Grace Medical’s main entrance is situated at 11A West Halkin Street, London, SW1X 8JL. On entry, please use the lift. Press M for Medical, situated on the Mezzanine Floor between Floors 1 & 2. On arrival to Grace Medical you will be welcomed by our dedicated Medical Receptionists and checked in for your appointment. New patients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment as they will be asked to complete a medical history form.

Delays

At Grace we understand that your time is valuable and so too are our appointments. If you are running late please contact us to let us know so that we can do all that we can to accommodate this where possible. Unfortunately, a delay of more than 20 minutes means we cannot hold the appointment for you so it will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event of a no show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice we reserve the right to charge the full and current rate of your treatment. Your credit card or direct debit mandate provided prior to your booking will be used to process cancellation fees or outstanding balances not settled on the day of your visit. If your appointment is a complimentary assessment, this will be forfeited and any future consultations will be charged at the full and current rate. We will contact you via email or telephone at least two days prior to your appointment to confirm.

By Train – The nearest train station is Victoria and is an 11 minute walk

Car Parking – Visitors to Grace Belgravia are able to park in Cadogan Place and Kinnerton St public car parks, and residents parking for Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster is available in the surrounding squares and roads as well as metered bays.

Valet Parking is available at Jumeirah Carlton Tower with a 15% discount offered for Grace Belgravia Members on presentation of their membership card.
