Izabella Pawlitka
Izabela is CIDESCO qualified Beauty Therapist with a particular interest in facial treatments. With over 14 years ‘hands on’ experience she brings knowledge, passion and remarkable training to Grace. Inspired by “less is more” and extensive understanding of the skin, she believes anyone can achieve a beautifully radiant complexion through a straightforward and effective skin care routine. Having worked closely with a number of skincare experts, training as a facialist with Eve Lom before joining Space NK as a Facial Specialist, Izabela has worked with a variety of products and procedures and brings the best of everything together in her treatments. 
Emma Watts
Fresh in London for a new adventure, Emma has joined Grace from the 5* Cape Grace Hotel in Cape Town, South Africa. She has studied health and skincare extensively, with a higher diploma in Somatology, alongside specific training for elite spa brands. With experience in everything from massage to waxing, anatomy and microdermabrasion, Emma is in demand!

Over 15 years of practicing in the Alternative and Complementary Therapy, Spa, Retreats & Hospitality across the UK and Europe Carolyne has honed her skills, specialising in detox treatments, intuitive deep tissue massage and natural facelift massage. Elodie joins us having worked in international spas and hotels, from French ski resorts to luxury Australian eco resorts. Elodie specialises in body treatments and is passionate about nurturing skin through carefully considered facials, while her waxing and nail work is efficient and of the highest standard. Sarah is a beauty and skincare specialist with five star experience working within prestigious establishments worldwide. After almost a decade as Manager and Operational team leader at Fortnum and Mason Sarah joins the Grace team, bringing her warm and friendly attitude, to make you feel at ease and ensure complete tranquillity. Iwona has over a decade of beauty experience and particularly enjoys transforming tired hands and feet with beautiful mani-pedi work. Iwona understands that beauty is a feeling that comes from within and aims to leave clients feeling relaxed, pampered and rejuvenated after their treatments. Each client will have a bespoke assessment to help Iwona understand their needs and tailor the treatment accordingly, giving you the best possible experience. |
Chloe Davis
Chloe has been the Grace Spa-Coordinator for over three years, having studied Beauty Therapy Sciences, passing at the top of the class and receiving three distinctions. She has worked with a number of luxury 6 star spas, learning speciased treatments and exceptional customer service. Chloe works closely with our therapists, constantly exploring and searching for new, effective treatments and products in the ever growing industry. Working in customer service roles for over 8 years, combined with her knowledge of beauty therapy, Chloe is passionate about using her skills to help Grace members with all their beauty questions, carrying out personal research and sourcing expert advice to get results. She can create bespoke courses, advise on which of our therapists would be best to see, suggest treatments or simply help you with the amazing range of spa products available.
