Grace Body Bootcamp is a total takeover that will leave you energised, stronger and fitter than ever!

Our weekend bootcamp is carefully created by our expert gym instructors, nutritionists and wellbeing team to challenge, inspire and excite. At Grace we’re passionate about getting you results: that means fun, effective exercises at the right pace to ensure safe, healthy progression. Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just getting acquainted with our state-of-the-art gym, our team will tailor your training accordingly.

Each day we’ll serve delicious, nourishing dishes to give your body everything it needs to take on a series of classes designed to increase cardio, strengthen, lengthen and tone. Colourful smoothies and snacks will keep your energy levels at their optimum as you up the tempo with morning runs, Grace Blitz, Boxfit and more.

There’s plenty of time to enjoy the Club too: with space in the schedule to relax with spa treatments, detoxify in the sauna and steam room, or curl up with a good book in The Salon. Our team will be available all weekend to offer individual advice and guidance to keep you in peak condition. The ultimate fitness retreat without leaving the city!
