After studying medicine at University College London, Amalia gained her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree. She pursued her interest in Primary Health Care by undertaking a Bachelor of Science degree in Primary Health care in 2007.
Following her medical degree, she worked as a hospital doctor for two years in Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge and Suffolk. She then moved to Bristol to complete her Specialist General Practitioner training and obtained her Membership to the Royal College of General Practitioners.
She has a specialist interest in Women’s Health and completed her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2011. She then went on to complete her Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare in 2012.
Amalia’s main interest is in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy alongside healthy ageing through diet and lifestyle. She takes an individual approach to each patient in order to give them the most out of each consultation.
