We take matters of complaint very seriously and are committed to addressing situations where expectations are not met or where our conduct and standards have not been upheld. All comments and complaints are investigated thoroughly and in a confidential and appropriate manner. We endeavour to deal with concerns in a timely manner and our onsite Grace Medical Clinic Manager and medical team Members are always available to assist in filing a formal grievance or to answer any questions you may have.
