The Grace Approach to Wellbeing

At Grace our ethos is ‘Preventative Medicine and Ageing Well.’ We aim to empower our Members and patients with sound, up-to-date health and wellbeing advice. With this knowledge, we can help you optimise your health and ultimately try to detect disease before it befalls you. Our objective is to help you increase the length and quality of your life, to be a happy, healthy individual. We attempt to do this from a holistic perspective: peak physical health, calm emotional wellbeing, optimal nutrition and fitness.

Upon your Membership at Grace you will be offered a complimentary Grace Approach Wellbeing Consultation* with Dr Amy Bibby, our Head of Wellbeing.

In this Consultation, she will take a wellbeing history from you and identify any areas in which your health may need optimising using a medical history framework. If appropriate, she can create a bespoke programme for you which can target any problem area you identify.  This may use a range of our practitioners from any or all of Grace Medical, Wellbeing, Spa and the Gym.  Our programmes enable you and Dr Bibby to build a bespoke team of practitioners and create measurable goals so you can track your progress.
