The Grace Intensive Cleanse Programmes (3 and 5 days) are short but intensive, bespoke cleanses that are designed to boost your feeling of vitality. We have designed it to be a holistic process, both a physical and a mental cleanse. Our experts recommend either a three or five day programme as the perfect way to begin a life-style overhaul or as a regular cleanse that could be undertaken three or four times per year.

Guided by principles of Chinese medicine, the Grace Intensive Cleanse helps restoration of blood circulation as the foundation to good health, the elimination of bodily stress patterns that affect the organ function and the immune system, as well as helping the body to rid itself of toxins accumulated through pollution or lifestyle. When combined with specialised detox treatments, an optimally nutritious food and supplement programme it provides a truly integrated cleansing process. The core components of the intensive cleanse have been summarised below. Please note that each programme is bespoke to the individual therefore there may be slight alterations to your personal cleanse.
