The workshop will begin by using the breath to settle and balance before a short meditation to open the heart and focus the intention.
Saskia and Olivia will explore using the feelings of loving kindness generated in the meditation, as a thread throughout the yoga practice before Saskia leads a flowing, strengthening sequence uniting the mind and body.
Saskia’s yoga balances a strong dynamic practice with a lighthearted approach that is welcoming and encouraging to students of all levels and backgrounds. Each class combines flowing movement with focused alignment and breath work to improve stamina, strength and flexibility. Expect to leave feeling invigorated, opened and centred.
