Our expert personal training team, headed up by Grace Gym Manager, Duncan Vincent, is made up of international athletes, fully accredited REHAB trainers, Pilates instructors, strength and conditioning coaches and sport scientists.
Aside from our in-house personal trainers, we offer a variety of other ways of burning up the calories, toning up the body and above all relaxing the mind, such as Dance Burn with Fabrizio, Paola’s Bodybarre, Dance with Jo and Ballerina Bootcamp.
For Yoga aficionados there is a variety of Yoga disciplines, ranging from dynamic Vinyasa Flow to heart opening, meditative and restorative classes and workshops.
